Gym cut short to dumbbell bench press.
Set 1 20kg 10 reps
Set 2 30kg 10 reps
Set 3 40kg 10 reps
Set 4 50kg 10 reps
Set 5 55kg 10 reps
At least there is improvement. New colour coding so I can visually see my progress without reading. lol

I met a new friend at uni last night... he is starting to get into working out... goal to look great for Summer. I sent him here to be inspired haha.
