Day 04 Breaststroke swim : 300m (100m continuous laps)
Still in rehab mode for biceps and triceps. Using 5kg dumbbells. Not worth mentioning reps and sets.
Day 02 Breaststroke swim : 225m (50m continuous laps)
Day 01 Breaststroke swim : 150m (50m continuous laps)
Dumbbell curls
3 sets 10kg 10 reps
Tricep pull downs
3 sets 15kg 10 reps
Dumbbell bench
Set 1 25kg 10 reps
Set 2 35kg 10 reps
Set 3 40kg 8 reps
Endurance and power is coming back home.
