Gym 14

I think I may never recover from this injury. Its really depressing not being able to work biceps or chest. SIGH! I shouldn't have gone to the gym today. Seriously need miracle healing and fast.

Trapezius
Set 1 40kg 10 reps
Set 2 40kg 10 reps
Set 3 40kg 10 reps
Set 4 40kg 10 reps

Shoulders
Set 1 15kg 10 reps
Set 2 15kg 10 reps
Set 3 15kg 10 reps

Dumbbell side raises.
Set 1 15kg 10 reps
Set 2 15kg 10 reps
Set 3 15kg 10 reps

Set 1 10kg 10 reps
Set 2 10kg 10 reps
Set 3 10kg 10 reps

Calves
Set 1 50kg 10 reps
Set 2 50kg 10 reps
Set 3 50kg 10 reps
Set 4 50kg 10 reps
