Bicep curls dumbbell (combined)
Set 1 12kg 10 reps
Set 2 12kg 10 reps
Set 3 12kg 10 reps
Set 4 12kg 10 reps
Set 5 12kg 10 reps
Set 6 12kg 10 reps

YES! a very slight increase

Tricep pulldown
Set 1 10kg 10 reps
Set 2 10kg 10 reps
Set 3a 15kg 5 reps
Set 3b 10kg 5 reps
Set 4 10kg 10 reps
Set 5 10kg 10 reps
Set 6 10kg 10 reps

Tried to go up on 3rd set but failed

Shoulders (dumbbell front raises, dumbbell bent over lateral raises and dumbbell side raises - combined)
Set 1 8kg 10 reps
Set 2 8kg 10 reps
Set 3 8kg 10 reps

Struggled with side and back shoulder raise. and finally found out the real terms of these exercises

Bench dumbell press combined
Set 1 20kg 10 reps
Set 2 15kg 10 reps
Set 3 40kg 10 reps
Set 4 50kg 10 reps
Set 5 50kg 10 reps

Stoked.

Dead lifts - Smith machine
Set 1 20kg 10 reps
Set 2 20kg 10 reps
Set 3 30kg 10 reps
Set 4 30kg 10 reps
Set 5 40kg 10 reps

Rarrrr. I wish that similar-sized girl was around to see me out-lift her!

Running on treadmill
Ran for 2 minutes and quit. Lol. Will attempt again next week
