Comments : Totally forgot what sets and reps I did the last time for chest. Note to review gym blog before hitting the gym. calves getting stronger - must turn flab to muscle. feel like chest today was not as good as the last chest workout. must bloody review before next one. remember to squeeze at the peak and watch the technique.
